Therapeutic Fasting Facilities

Therapeutic fasting is the complete abstinence from all substances except pure water in an environment of complete rest. Fasting should be done under medical supervision, especially for people who have never fasted before. Even for those experienced in fasting, supervision and a peaceful environment is recommended.
